The best hotel I have done, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opérational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!

The hotel was well designed, with 3 arch shapes buildings, easily can be reached the reception and the restaurants. Gardens were well groomed and clean. The food was always fresh and a excellent quality, staff was polite and attentive to all guests requests. The beach was clean with more sunbeds than guests, so not too crowded.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff, the facility, it was super clean, and the food was delicious. Plus, the sandy beach was perfect for snorkeling!

Break fast was excellent. The pool was and closeness to the seafront was superb. The staff at the reception were super particularly Ahmeh, Michael and Natasia. The restaurants were great and the staff at the infinity pool etc were super.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The architecture is stunning, and the entire place has a truly amazing atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the pool and the beautiful beach. The facilities are well maintained but not the rooms and the setting is both relaxing and luxurious. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with our room a normal incident that could happen anywhere. What really stood out was how professionally and attentively the staff handled it. Mahmoud B. and Reda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, including offering us a room change to resolve the situation quickly and smoothly. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any issues. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown by the team.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh! We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay at Baron Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. The beach is simply stunning—crystal-clear water, soft sand, and plenty of comfortable loungers. Amazing Family Experience at Baron Sahl Hasheesh We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Baron Sahl Hasheesh Hotel in Hurghada! Everything about our stay was wonderful, and it was truly a memorable trip for me and my family. A special thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. We would especially like to thank Sami at the main restaurant, who went above and beyond to accommodate our children’s specific food preferences. His attentiveness made mealtimes so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. Also, a big thanks to the gentlemen at the reception, who were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made check-in and any assistance we needed smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing holiday atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall, a very large, beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful and caring staff! Our special thanks go to Mr. Mohammad (not entirely sure about the name – the night shift manager during our arrival) and to Mr. Ibrahim, who kindly allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out, as well as giving us excellent advice about transportation and activities in the area. We also thank Mr. Ahmad for his very helpful recommendations, especially regarding activities and transportation within Cairo. All the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive — shokran kteer! The room was nice, clean and spacious.
